Elgin, IL Attorney
Allison Urbaszewski joined the firm as an Associate Attorney in fall of 2019. Prior to graduating from Law School and being licensed by the State of Illinois, Allison worked as a law clerk assisting Tony on a variety of cases.
In 2016, Allison graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Arts. Allison continued her studies at Northern Illinois University where she graduated highest honors with her Juris Doctor. During her time in Law School, Allison worked for a small private civil litigation firm as well as the United States Department of Transportation. These experiences allow Allison to bring a wide variety of legal knowledge to the firm.
Allison focuses in the areas of Family Law, Probate, and Guardianships. In addition to representing her clients, Allison is a court appointed Guardian ad Litem in Kane County for both family law cases as well as probate cases. She is also regularly published in the Kane County Bar Briefs.
Allison enjoys trivia, traveling, and searching for the best restaurants in Chicago!
